Billing & Shipping

ALL ORDERS REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION UPON DELIVERY. If you choose to waive signature, please Email us info@amstoosh.com or Call: +1 (876) 410-3331 or WhatsApp us at +1 (876) 410-3331. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued. For all orders with unmatched billing and shipping addresses we require further verification before processing your order.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES


Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped via Zip Mail/Jamaica Postal DHL, Knutsford Express, Tara Express. ALL ORDERS REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION UPON DELIVERY. If you choose to waive signature, please Email info@amstoosh.com  or Call us at +1 (876) 410-3331. We offer economy shipping which takes approximately 3-5 days.

Once we receive your order, we may require additional information to verify the transaction. If additional information is required you will be contacted via email or phone; please provide a valid phone number/email address that we may contact you in case of any issues or delays regarding your order. In the case that additional information is required your order will be held until we receive your verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website will be passed to you upon departure of your package from our office. We will provide a Knutsford, Zip Mail/J.A. Postal-DHL or ,  tracking number once your order is shipped. In case of loss, please contact your shipper  and provide your tracking number for all claims. Please note in comment section if you choose to receive signature confirmation.


International Shipping

International shipping charges will be determined based on shipping destination. Delivery can take between 10-14 business days. We do not offer expedited delivery on international shipping.


Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees. You will be solely responsible for additional fees charge by the country of destination upon arrival. Shop Amstoosh is not responsible for these fees. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.

Tracking          
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided to us with your order. You can use the tracking number to locate your package.

Delayed Shipping
Please be aware that once we have shipped your package there may be shipping delays due to holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. These cases are rare but relevant.

SHIPPING

Wholesale buyers are responsible for shipping costs. You have the option to choose between Knutsford Express, Zip Mail/J.A. Postal and DHL, after weighing your order we will send you an invoice. You also have the option to have your items shipped with insurance or without.
